CIRCUA
Collaborative International Research Centre for Universal Access

The future of universal access is likely to be based upon a complex combination of

a) culturally sensitive user centred system design
b) design for key subsets of people
c) customisation by individual preference ...

That is where the work of CIRCUA focuses.

Ray Adams and the Design for All team have just produced a new book. It is entitled "Natural computing and interactive system design", published by Pearson Publishing. It contains chapters by Ray on natural computing, Serengul Smith-Atakan and Ray on user centred system design, by Gill Whitney and Ray on universal access and by Ralph Moseley on self-adaptation and reflection
